Mountain Description For Snowshoe, West Virginia

Snowshoe Mountain is a gem of the mid-Atlantic ski resorts, and while not huge in size, offers an impressively varied amount of terrain, several terrain parks, and excellent learning facilities for new skiers and riders. One pass is good for Snowshoe, Silver Creek, and Western Territory, and all areas are equipped with an excellent snowmaking system that guarantees good snow throughout the season. The longest trail is 1.5 miles, and night skiing is a favorite activity not to be missed.
