the staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and accomodating. Not that the other resorts aren't but Beaver Creek is large enough to offer something for everyone but quaint enough to feel like a small town where you have lived for years (even though you're only there a week)

I've always felt comfortable at BC-- between conditions, familiarity, less snobbiness than Vail, and nice runs.

The terrain is varied enough to satisfy the crowd I ski with., However there is less green terrain, which my friends prefer

Have never visited Beaver Creek but ski map indicates this might be my second choice after Copper Mountain.

I am a senior skier and I like all the steep, long and well groomed runs. Also like all the high speed lifts and skiing fom arrowhead to Bachelor Gulgh and on to Beaver Creek. Plenty of room and can always find short lines somewhere.

Beaver Creek was developed in the true European Resort tradition. The drive up the mountain and its setting make me feel more like I'm in the alps than anywhere in the US.

Total package - terrain, service, scenery and lodgings are exemplary. Easily one of the premiere U.S. resorts on all counts.

Different level skiiers can ski together on nearby runs and meet at the bottom since easy and hard runs intertwine.

We have been all over....Vail, Whistler, Big Mountain, Keystone...But the service at Beaver Creek is comparable to golfing at a country club...

1. I have a timeshare at Christie Lodge in Avon. 2. It's a big mountain, with a good variety of terrain - Larkspur Bowl is wonderful! 3. Had wonderful snow conditions this March [not necessarily to be relied upon]. 4. Plenty of lifts; easy to avoid long lines.

not only th lodging is convienant to the slopes, but the whole ambiance of the place. It's upscale and clean. It's geared more toward families instead of the younger night life crowds (which I used to be a part of but have since moved on). The terrian is comfortable for all levels and great ski schools for the kids.
