The people are great and the kids ski school is excellent. besides the fact, that they have the kids ski and rent free program.

We took our two older children to their first ski lesson in Steamboat. Very organized, VERY good instructors. By the end of the trip they were able to keep up on the blues and my daughter could do some smooth blacks.

It's a great mountain! The snow is always fantastic. The people are amazing, warm and friendly. The terrain is suited for the entire family. The lodging opportunities are endless. Out of the last ten years, we've been back to Steamboat at least eight times.

Accessibility to Steamboat is great. Flyinging into the Hayden Airport is easy. The skiing terrain is great for beginners to advanced skiers. Lots of wonderful choices for eating out.

Steamboat has a large ski area with excellent blue and black runs. The mountain is arranged well, lift service is adequate and mountain services are adequate.

Usually travel with a large group, various skiing abilities. Steamboat is the easiest place we've found for doing a couple runs all together, then breaking into different levels, then regrouping. EVeryone loves their ski experience.
