• The heated indoor pool warms tired muscles after a day on the slopes
• Gaze out at gorgeous views of the lake and forested countryside from many of the rooms

Tips

• Choose between rooms at the main Lodge or Courtyard, or rent a private Villa for a luxurious home-away-from-home experience
• A general store on site is convenient for quick shopping trips
• Sunday brunch is a particularly delicious affair. Try the omelet station
• Not all levels have elevator access. Some stair climbing may be necessary, depending on your unit
• Unfortunately, there is no hot tub at this resort

Location

About 10 minutes east of Galena, on Lake Galena, this expansive resort is out in the middle of beautiful nowhere. The only other sign of nearby civilization is the huge golf course. The drive to the resort is about half an hour from here, but it is a lovely stretch of road.
