Falls creek is so welcoming, such a easy drive from Melbourne great parking and a great variety of runs for all levels with excellent powder cover and plenty of happy talkative resort staff

The drive up is always manageable with lots of great things like wineries to see on the way. Probably my favourite for snow cover in Vic, lift access is great with kids of choices and runs and conditions for all times of the day.

Falls creek is one of Australia's best and certainly one of the best if you're after ski in ski out accommodation. The village is really pretty and has a proper ski village vibe with a lot of charm. There is also some good terrain for all abilities. I would recommend going outside of the school holidays though as when the crowds descend in July the mountain operations struggle a bit to manage the amount of people. I went in July and lost a whole day of snowboarding waiting in line just to catch over snow transport to our accommodation.

Great resort 4 hrs for melb airport. More pubs or better pubs needed. Mostly a long season. Friendly and ample staff. Better access to sister resort hotham would be good- free helicopter??

Great set up, the resort flows together nicely, is one of the best on weekends for lift lines and a great place for a beginner/intermediate to progress to the next level.

Best ski in ski out village in Victoria! Slightly pricey but otherwise less crowded than Buller. Come down for the best runs and build a snowman next to your accommodation.
