Perisher is a good resort for intermediate and advanced skiiers with a wide range of runs and parks. However it is not very suitable for beginners and is lacking some longer runs.

Great place for a family trip, great for beginners and intermediate ski goers. Facilities are fantastic but the choice of food could be improved. Highly recommended for anyone in Australia to come and experience one of the best mountains in Australia!

Fun times were had, on and off the snow. Staff were pleasant, weather was indifferent but that's just how it goes! Wish we could have stayed longer, the mountain has plenty to offer everyone.

Perisher is a great resort if you are based in Australia and don’t have the time to fly overseas. When the snow is coming, you can make a quick getaway after work on Friday and be there for first tracks on Saturday morning. The season pass is great value for money, especially if you buy it preseason in the early bird sale

The resort is great but it quite expensive for the quality of the snow. The mountain is quite wide with runs not very long which can make it difficult for snowboarders constantly skating. The app is really good

Perisher is a great ski resort with varied terrain and lots of it. Given its vastness, it's easy to avoid lineups once the morning rush has spread out. Plenty of options for lodging, though a little on the pricier side. Only fault is it's a bit of a distance from the nearest major city, Canberra.

Perisher is by far the best winter destination is Australia. It has the biggest skiable area and largest selection of terrain available in the country. Instructors are generally really good and run enjoyable lessons. Price is generally similar to other Australian resorts, but doesn't really compare to overseas destinations. The Epic Pass is definitely the best value for money option.

Perisher, NSW, Australia. The snow can be great, epic at times, mother nature plays plenty of games, you'll get plenty of time on the snow, be flexible and you'll score, no doubt!! Perisher has the potential to serve up blubird powder days with no one in sight! Be smart and you'll have the time of your life!

Perisher is easily accessible from Jindabyne which offers hostels accommodation for great value for money. The Ski Tube is a short drive and takes you up to the top of the hill. Snow was epic and the size of resort is fantastic for those worrying about how it would compare with European resorts.
