Tips

• Units are individually-owned condos, with varying decor
• Some units are more dated than others
• Loft units have steep stairs
• A large parking lot is located just below the property, complete with resort traffic
• While the resort is within walking distance, not much else is
• There are some grills near the pool, perfect for a post-ski barbecue
• Pets are not allowed in these condominiums

Location

Only a short path and a single road separate you from Gondola Square at Steamboat Ski Resort. Three minutes will get you to the resort, with all the skiing, dining, and apres ski you could ask for.

• Within walking distance: Everything at Steamboat Ski Resort, as well as restaurants, bars, gear rentals, public transportation, and a liquor store
• Transportation: The resort is within walking distance. If you want to have access to the wider Steamboat Springs area, we recommend bringing a car or studying the shuttle schedule
