Been skiing Hunter for 30 years. As always great snowmaking, great advanced terrain, great learning terrain on Hunter 1. Convenient to NYC. Great sushi bar in the lodge. 2 high speed lifts make getting lots of vertical easy. Next year a new lift and 5 trails coming.

We always have a great time, close to the city & affordable for yourself and the whole family. Plenty of places to eat and very clean. Plenty of ski runs & no wait time (at least for us) for the lifts.

Hunter Mountain offers the best skiing conditions closest to where I live, which is in Northern New Jersey. When I'm not able to go out West to snowboard, I enjoy the terrain at Hunter Mountain.

Best mountain on the east coast, South of vermont! Its where I learned to ski, spent most of my winters, and call my second home. Buy your lift tickets and enjoy the slide!

It is close, has friendly staff, the snow making is good, and I like their trials!
