Late Check-in: A key packet with a map and keys will be left in key box, located just inside the front entrance of the Kiva. Combo 500. Phone 970-949-5474.

**Winter Check-in Information** - Check-in: 17:00:00 - Checkout: 10:00:00 - Location: Kiva Lodge - Front desk: 8:00am – 7:00pm - Address: 311 Offerson Rd, Beaver Creek, CO, 81620 - Check-in phone: 970-949-5474 - Late check-in: If you arrive after the Front Desk is closed, an arrival packet will be left for you in the main entrance to the Kiva lobby. Once you walk through the front entry automated sliding glass doors, look for the wooden box labeled Late Arrival, which is located below the phone. The three digit silver lock’s combination on the wooden box is 500. Inside the envelope with your name written on it, will be your condo card keys, registration card and parking pass.
