Check-in Instructions
Laurelwood Condos, 640 Carriage Way, Snowmass Village CO 81615. Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 10am Late Check-in: there will be a lockbox located on the backdoor of the check-in office. Inside, there will be a key packet with your reservation name on it. Front Desk: Winter 8am-10pm Summer 9am-5pm Phone: 970-923-3110 Laurelwood/Interlude uses High Mountain Taxi as their transfer service. Guests arriving at ASE will hop on the first High Mountain Taxi they see, which will be a white van with blue lettering. Upon arriving at the Laurelwood/Interlude check-in office, our team will supply the driver with a voucher to pay for that fare. Guest is asked to setup their departure to ASE with the front desk at least 24 hours prior to arrival, at which point they will be given a voucher to give the driver. If guests will be arriving after office closes, we ask that they reach out to the front desk during our business hours so we can leave a voucher in their key packet.
