What to expect for check-in and instructions? 3 days before arrival, you will receive an email providing the property address, directions, WIFI, and a link to a landing page with specific information about your condo. You will receive a text with your unique code for entry to your condo when your condo is ready. You can head straight there at 4:00 PM. We-ll shoot you a text if it-s available ahead of time. For entry, wake up the lock by touching and holding your finger to the "card" symbol. The keypad will then light up to display numbers. Enter your unique code, followed by the "#" sign. If you haven-t received your check-in information 3 days prior, contact your Mtn. Specialist. If you need assistance while in Crested Butte, please call us at (970) 349-2449. Our office is open daily during regular business hours and is located in the Three Seasons building at 701 Gothic Road, Mt. Crested Butte, CO 81225. If you have an emergency after hours, call us. (970) 349-2449 It is answered 24/7, and we always have a local rep on call. What to expect for check-out? Please check out of your vacation rental before or no later than 10:00 am. It’s helpful for our team if you can message or call us when you’ve departed. Please make sure to secure all windows and doors and turn off all lights and electrical devices. Want to be an exemplary guest? Please place trash in the property dumpster, gather dishes and load them in the dishwasher, and return any furniture to its original location.
