We are open 24 hours a day, but there might not always be someone at the front desk if you arrive late. LOCK BOX CODE: -7023E- Directions to Your Property from Our Office: Drive around to the rear of the building, there is a garage in center that goes underneath the building. Parking is unassigned in the parking garage, ONLY ONE VEHICLE PER CONDO ALLOWED IN THE GARAGE. There are a few overflow parking spots on the back side of the building, first come, first serve. There is no overnight parking allowed in front of the building. Vehicles parked without a parking pass will be ticketed or towed at the owner-s expense. Overflow parking is available in Gold Bug, Mountain House A,B,D,E lots for self pay. Upon Checkout: Please bring the keys back to the office, or call/text us for express check-out options to leave keys on the counter. • Close and lock all doors and windows • Remove trash & recycling to outside dumpster. • Load dishwasher and get it started.
