Cherry Peak Resort Lift Tickets

Cherry Peak Resort offers half-day tickets, full-day lift tickets, night lift tickets and season passes. Below is a breakdown of the lift passes and the key differences between the passes.

Lift Ticket

Below is the difference between the Cherry Peak Resort half-day, full-day and night lift tickets.

  • Half-day tickets: This ticket gives you half-day access to the mountain from 12 pm - 4 pm throughout the ski season.
  • Full-day tickets: This ticket gives you one-day access to the mountain from 9 am - 4:00 pm throughout the ski season. 
  • Night lift ticket: This ticket gives you access to night skiing from 5 pm-9 pm. No night skiing on Sunday. The Family Monday Night Skiing package is also available.

Please note, lift tickets must be redeemed at the ticket office.

Season Pass

Cherry Peak Resort offers three types of season passes.

  • Gold Season Pass: This Gold Season Pass is available for individuals or as a family for up to 6 immediate family members. This pass offers unlimited skiing and access to all 4-lift throughout the season at Cherry Peak. The pass included 2 free buddy passes and give you a discount on summer activities or free for Gold Plus holders. You can also get reciprocal passes or discounts to 12 other resorts plus all resorts participating in the Freedom Pass Partners program & Indy Pass Allied Resorts.
  • Silver Season Pass: The main differences between the Silver Season Pass and the Gold Season Pass are access to only 3-lift, smaller discounts on summer activities, and the family bundle for up to 5 immediate family members. 
  • Peak Pass: This pass gives you access to ski and rides on every non-holiday Thursday and Friday plus night skiing for those days at Cherry Peak throughout the winter season except blackout dates.

Cherry Peak Ski and Snowboard Lessons

Cherry Peak Resort offers group and private lessons as well as longer learning programs for all ability levels.

  • Group Lesson: This is a half-day or night group lesson for all ages and ability levels. The 4 half-day lesson option is also available.
  • Private Lesson: This is a half-day 2 hours lesson or a full-day 4-hour lesson for all ages. It can be a one-on-one individual lesson or group lesson with friends or families of up to 4 people, additional fees apply.
  • Women Only Lessons: This is a group lesson tailored for women of all ages. The lesson can up to 3 to 6 participants. 
  • First Timer: This is a group lesson catered for the first timers to hit the mountain. The package includes a half-day lesson, full-day ski or snowboard rental and a full-day ski pass at Cherry Peak Resort. 
  • Super Pack: The Super Pack lessons are available in two types, the Beginner Super Pack and the Intermediate Super Pack. This package includes 5 group lessons, 5 full-day equipment rentals and 5 full-day ski passes. Plus 1 Silver Individual season pass upon completion of the program.

Nearest Town to Cherry Peak Resort

The nearest town to Cherry Peak Resort is Richmond, Utah, which is only 3.8 miles from the resort. This small town offers limited dining and accommodation options. Many skiers will opt to stay in the town of Logan, which is around 16.8 miles away. 

Beyond Cherry Peak, Beaver Mountain is another family-friendly ski area, located approximately an hour's drive away. Also within driving distance are larger resorts like Snowbasin and Powder Mountain to the south.

Restaurants

Cherry Peak Resort is a smaller ski area compared to some other resorts and there is only one on-mountain dining but there are several highly rated restaurants in the town of Logan.

Are there ski packages to Cherry Peak Resort?

There are no ski vacation packages to Cherry Peak Resort as it is a small local resort. That said, there are ski vacation packages to most destination resorts in Utah.

How much does it cost to rent ski equipment at Cherry Peak Resort?
