- The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. To check in, go to 3200 West McCollister Drive, Teton Village, WY, 83025 To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. If the office be closed upon arrival, guests can use the courtesy phone in the hallway between the office and the Bodega/Chevron gas station and the answering service will assist with securing room keys. Guests arriving after hours must stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
